The mission of the Advisory Council to 360 is to conceptualize and spearhead activities to support the health and stability of the Center, and to provide guidance regarding the utilization of raised funds and the overall direction of the program. • Serve an initial two-year term (renewable no more than twice)
• Attend two meetings annually
• Advise and make recommendations on the operation, goals, and direction of 360
• Advise 360 concerning strategic planning, public and community relations, and philanthropic support
• Become informed ambassadors for the Center within the San Francisco community, nationally, and internationally
• Advise on long-range goals and financial planning
